Straw yellow. The nose expresses an enveloping floral scent with hints of jasmine flowers and wild rose and then pineapple and bananas. On the palate it is elegant, fresh, delicate, and pleasantly mineral.

Grape variety:Chardonnay.
Area:San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. About 100 meters above sea level.
Winemaking:The grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for a few hours. The next phase is the soft pressing of the marc with subsequent cold static decantation so that it occurs naturally. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 12 °C.
Alcohol content:12%
Pairings:Pair with fish soups and shellfish broths. Vegetables and soft cheeses.

Serving temperature:12-14 °C.
