Grapes: Negroamaro
Winemaking:After a soft pressing and destemming, the grapes are subjected to skin maceration (7 –10° C) for a few hours, followed by the extraction of the free-run must (approximately 35%) and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature (18 – 20°C).
Alcohol content: 12%
Serving temperature:10-12°C
Pairings:It is recommended with risotto, fish dishes and white meats. Also excellent with sushi and as an aperitif.
