This dressing is based on extra virgin olive oil from the Micco Farm, 100% Coratina and fresh sage, also produced by the farm.

The fresh aroma of sage enriches the most delicious dishes with flavor, it is enjoyed with pleasure on fresh pasta, ravioli and tortellini, also recommended with grilled meats, potatoes and grilled vegetables, an alternative flavor even on the most classic bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes, and a valid alternative to the classic "butter and sage".
