This is a condiment based on extra virgin olive oil from the Micco Agricultural Company, Coratina monocultivar and fresh sage, also produced by the family business.

The fresh aroma of sage is enjoyed with pleasure on fresh pasta, ravioli and tortellini, also recommended with grilled meats, potatoes and grilled vegetables, an alternative taste even on the more classic bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes, and a valid light and healthy alternative to the classic "butter and sage".
