This flavoured oil is obtained without adding artificial flavours, through a slow and natural infusion process , using selected garlic and our 100% Pugliese extra virgin olive oil, or rather only from Coratina olives from the Micco Agricultural Company. Garlic and oil have always been the key condiments of Italian cuisine and in this fantastic fusion we have obtained a perfect condiment that does not hide the quality of the oil and at the same time enhances with the scent of garlic every cuisine, without the "negative" sides of garlic, only with its fantastic aroma. Ideal for steaks, roasts, tomato-based pasta dishes, bruschetta and pizza, very useful and worth trying even as a substitute for garlic sautés, just use this flavoured oil directly and you're done.
