The scent of a freshly opened orange , the sweet and fresh flavor of a freshly picked fruit, a recipe designed to recall Mediterranean flavors . The orange-flavored oil is obtained starting from the 100% Apulian oil of the Micco Agricultural Company, Coratina monovarietal, combined with the natural Orange extract in a slow and natural infusion, so as to preserve the fruitiness of the Coratina oil and the freshness of the freshly picked oranges. Excellent for fish such as tuna, swordfish or salmon, for raw fish and meat carpaccio, for exotic salads and for game and white meat. Also ideal for the preparation of desserts and shortcrust pastry but also very interesting for creative marinades of fish or meat.
