This amphora is covered in wicker with a weave made entirely by hand by a master straw weaver who has passed down this art for generations, each piece is in fact unique and different from the other. In this artisanal work of art, the Micco Company uses its 100% Coratina extra virgin olive oil from the latest olive growing campaign, produced by the family-run Azienda Agricola di Micco, in the historic "Tenuta San Giovanni". The Coratina olive oil "Tenuta San Giovanni", excellence of the production made in Puglia, collects every year several national and international awards including the latest in 2018 and 2019, the Aipo d'Argento and L'Oro d'Italia with 4 gocce d'oro. Reviewed by Slow Food, Gambero Rosso, L'Oro d'Italia and ORO GIALLO.
