This is a condiment based on extra virgin olive oil produced by the Micco Agricultural Company, Coratina single variety and fresh sage, also produced by the same agricultural company.

The delicate and fresh aroma of sage enriches the most delicious dishes with flavor. It is enjoyed with pleasure on fresh pasta, ravioli and tortellini, also indicated with grilled meats, potatoes and grilled vegetables, an alternative taste even on the most classic bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes.
