Its scent of freshly opened orange , the sweet and fresh flavor of a freshly picked fruit, a recipe designed to remind us of the true Mediterranean flavors . This orange-flavored oil is obtained starting from 100% Apulian oil, that of the olive production of the Azienda Agricola di Micco, monovarietal Coratina, combined with natural Orange extract in a slow cold infusion, so as to preserve the fruitiness of the Coratina oil and the freshness of freshly picked oranges. Excellent condiment for marinated fish, such as tuna, swordfish or salmon, for raw fish and meat carpaccio, for exotic salads and even for game and white meat. Also ideal for the preparation of desserts and shortcrust pastry but also very interesting for creative marinades of fish or meat.
