This ceramic jug is made entirely by hand by master craftsmen who have been passing down the art of ceramic processing for generations, from the creation of the object to its artistic decoration. The Micco Company then completes the work by putting basil oil inside. This dressing is flavored with freshly picked basil that combined with the extra virgin olive oil of the Micco Farm, produced only with olives of its own production of Coratina quality, enriches the flavor of sauces, pesto and pairs perfectly with meat, blue fish, mushrooms, salads, vegetables. Also ideal for adding a fresh tone to crudaiola, caprese and your favorite first courses. It is obtained without adding artificial flavours, through a slow and natural process , using fresh basil. freshly cut from the plant and Coratina extra virgin olive oil. The resulting dressing retains the typical fruitiness of Apulian oil and the freshness of the aromatic plant.
