Grape variety: Negroamaro.
Area:Contrada of Monte La Conca, between San Marzano (TA) and Francavilla Fontana (BR).
Winemaking:The grapes are harvested manually in small baskets. Maceration: 18 days on 80% of the mass, 25 days on 20%, with indigenous yeasts selected in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C.
Alcohol content:14.5%
Pairings:Sturdy first courses, red meats, game, mature cheeses. Meditation wine.Serving temperature:18 °C.
