Ruby red color very deep and elegant, broad and complex aroma, fruity, with hints of plums, cherry jam and notes of tobacco, slightly spicy. Full-bodied wine, soft and rich in noble tannins, with a finish that offers notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla.

Grape variety:Primitive.
Area:Very old vineyards selected in the municipalities of San Marzano (TA) and Sava (TA).
Winemaking:The grapes, in an advanced state of ripeness, are harvested manually. Maceration takes place for 18 days on 80% of the mass and for 25 days on 20%, with indigenous yeasts selected in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C.
Alcohol content:14.5%
Pairings:Sturdy first courses, red meats and game. Meditation wine.Serving temperature:18 °C.
