Barriqued red wine obtained from Primitivo, Negroamaro, Merlot, Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, combines the native Salento wines with the great international ones. Aged in steel and wood. On the palate it is complex, dynamic and harmonious. Vegetal hints, red fruits, spices and aromatic herbs.

Winemaking:in steel at controlled temperature (21°-23° C). Maceration of the skins on the must for 21 days with frequent pumping over. Alcoholic fermentation induced with selected yeasts, spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Pairings:Ideal with red meats and mature cheeses.
