White wine made from Chardonnay grapes with a straw yellow colour and an initial aroma of lily of the valley, magnolia, broom and lime with an olfactory increase of ripe fruit and herbaceous notes.

Production area:Guagnano (The).
Winemaking: Thegrapes, hand-picked in small containers, are delicately pressed to prevent the golden skins from browning the must, which is cooled to 10° C to promote natural clarification. The first part of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the temperature is always kept around 18 °C. The fermenting must is then placed in barriques where fermentation is completed.
Pairings:Ideal for risotto and white meats. Perfect with fish production in general or smoked meats. After a few years of evolution also on blue cheeses.
Serving temperature: 14° C.
