Each step takes place at a controlled temperature Aging: in 60 hl oak barrels for 18 months and 225 l barrels for 6 months Annual production: only in excellent years, it is decided to produce the Riserva Vanitoso Primitivo di Gioia del Colle DOC and, at the moment, the 1999, 2001, 2007, 2009 vintages are available and the 2015 has already been selected. Serving temperature: 18-20° C
