This dressing is obtained without artificial flavors, through a slow and natural cold infusion, using 100% coratina extra virgin olive oil and fresh rosemary, both produced by Azienda Agricola di Micco. This way, a flavored oil is obtained that preserves the fruitiness and characteristics of quality extra virgin olive oil and the scents of fresh rosemary at the same time.

Excellent with grilled meat or roasted fish, perfect with grilled vegetables or fresh dairy products and certainly also to be paired with boiled or baked potatoes.
